Bintan Lagoon Resort, Lagoi

Our stay at the resort was quite pleasant, offering a peaceful escape with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The food was surprisingly good, especially at the local dining options, though the quality varied. The service was friendly and attentive, but the resort could benefit from updating some amenities. Overall, it’s a great place for families, but be prepared for some pricey extras.

My experience at the resort was mixed. On the bright side, the staff in the sports activity center were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me when I lost a personal item. The club car service for getting around the property was quick and convenient. However, the rooms were in dire need of renovation, and I encountered musty smells and unclean conditions. Dining was another disappointment, as I found the food options to be overpriced with slow service that left my family hungry for too long.
